Terms and Conditions of aa22bet — General Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aa22bet and any person who accesses, browses, or uses the aa22bet platform — whether through the official website aa22bet.net, any mobile version, or any other channel made available by aa22bet.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use aa22bet's services.

Aa22bet reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this document.

To create an aa22bet account, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts;

• Not be an employee, partner, or immediate family member of an aa22bet employee.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, residential address in Brazil, mobile number, and a valid email address. aa22bet conducts identity verification (KYC) to validate the information provided.

Only one account is allowed per person, per CPF, and per residential IP address. Duplicate accounts may be closed at any time, with any pending balances and bonuses forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your aa22bet account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. aa22bet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact chat support immediately. aa22bet is not liable for losses resulting from voluntary credential sharing or a user's failure to protect their password.

Aa22bet may suspend or close accounts at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are communicated by email.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees in accordance with the current policy, detailed in notifications sent to the registered email address with 30 days' prior notice.

Aa22bet exclusively accepts deposits in BRL (R$). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted. All amounts are displayed in BRL — there is no currency conversion and aa22bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

The payment methods available for deposit are:

• Pix — instant confirmation, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00;
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day of payment;
• Credit or debit card — instant confirmation. We accept all major card brands;
• Mercado Pago — via digital wallet, quick confirmation;
• PicPay — via the PicPay app, with fast confirmation;
• TED Transfer — accepted by major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

Deposits must be made from bank accounts or digital wallets registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may be reversed without prior notice.

Withdrawals at aa22bet are processed in BRL (R$) to bank accounts or Pix keys registered under the same account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

To request a withdrawal, the user must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process, met the rollover requirements for any active bonus, and have sufficient real balance to cover the requested amount.

Processing times vary by method:

• Pix — processed in under 10 minutes after approval;
• TED — processed within 1 business day;
• Other methods — timeframe provided at the time of the request, generally 1 to 3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 50.00. aa22bet may request additional documentation for higher-value withdrawals as part of its security and anti-money laundering procedures. In such cases, the user will be notified by email with a list of the required documents.

Aa22bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review, particularly in cases of unusual activity, recent changes to banking details, or a first withdrawal following identity verification.

Aa22bet runs promotions and bonuses on a regular basis. Each offer has its own specific rules, which take precedence over the general conditions described in this section. The full details of each promotion are available on the Promotions.

Welcome bonus: the 100% bonus up to R$ 500.00 is automatically awarded on the first deposit of at least R$ 50.00 via Pix or another accepted payment method. The bonus is credited as bonus balance and is subject to a 10x (ten times) rollover on sports bets with a minimum odd of 1.80 before it can be converted into real balance available for withdrawal.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus has an expiry date. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled when they expire;
• Aa22bet may cancel a bonus if it detects irregular use, the creation of multiple accounts, or any form of abuse;
• Cancelled, voided, or fully cashed-out bets do not count toward rollover requirements;
• The welcome bonus is granted once per user, per CPF, and per residential address;
• Bets placed on Asian handicap markets with odds close to 1.00 may not count toward the rollover requirement.

By confirming a bet on aa22bet, the user accepts the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation. Once confirmed, bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cashout feature is available.

Aa22bet covers the major competitions and sporting events in Brazil and around the world, including Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, UFC and domestic MMA events, NBB (Novo Basquete Brasil), Superliga de Vôlei, Roland Garros and other tennis Grand Slams, Formula 1, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and crash games.

Aa22bet reserves the right to:

• Cancel or void bets placed at odds with an obvious pricing error (for example, odds significantly different from those offered by the market for the same event);
• Limit the maximum bet amount per event, per user, or per market, at any time;
• Cancel markets for events that are postponed, suspended, or whose original conditions have been materially altered;
• Decline bets from users identified as high-volume professional bettors when the platform's internal limits have been reached.

If a bet is cancelled by aa22bet, the staked amount is returned in full to the user's balance. aa22bet is not liable for losses arising from the postponement or cancellation of events by their organizers.

Live betting at aa22bet lets users place bets while sporting events are in progress. Odds are updated in near real time, reflecting the current state of the game — score, time remaining, statistics, and automatically calculated probabilities.

Aa22bet may temporarily suspend live markets during key moments in a match (goals, penalties, red cards, VAR reviews, and similar events) while odds are being recalculated. During this period, new bets cannot be confirmed. Bets already confirmed before the suspension remain valid at the original odds.

Cashout: The cashout feature allows users to settle a bet in full or in part before the event ends. The offered amount is calculated in real time and may be lower than the original potential return — that is the nature of cashout, which exchanges result uncertainty for an immediate guaranteed value.

• The cashout value may be declined by the platform if the odds change between the time of the request and its confirmation;
• Partial cashout bets keep the remaining portion active at the original odds;
• Cashout may not be available for all events or markets;
• Cashout on live parlays is only available if all events included in the parlay are still in progress.

Casino bonuses have their own rollover rules, which are generally different from those for Sports Betting. The rollover for casino games and slots is usually higher than for sports bets — always check the specific conditions of each promotion before activating a casino bonus.

Aa22bet may remove or replace casino titles at any time due to provider decisions or technical issues. In such cases, any bets in progress are settled and the wagered amounts are returned to the user.

The following uses of aa22bet are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Manipulation of sporting events or use of insider information to gain an advantage in betting;
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent betting limits;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any tool that automates betting without genuine human interaction;
• Balance transfers between different users' accounts;
• Systematic bonus arbitrage (bonus hunting) or odds arbitrage between aa22bet and other platforms;
• Platform access by users under 18 or on behalf of third parties;
• Any action that compromises the security, stability, or integrity of aa22bet's systems.

Aa22bet uses automated fraud detection systems and monitors suspicious betting patterns. Accounts flagged for irregular behavior are subject to manual review, and withdrawals may be suspended during the investigation.
